“HCG Asset Browser PRO” is now Available, after the instalation the script will work as a Demo and will only show the 10 firsts items of your asset.
The script will be in Beta stage until all the planned features for the final version have being implemented. Click Here for more informations.

I’m Currently developing a comercial version of a script based on HCG Asset Browser. Here some features:

• DotNet Interface
• Manage your asset direct on the script
• Easy drag and drop models to the viewport
• Paint list of objects with weights.
• A lot of new features will be announced on the beta release.

Update 0.71 BETA:

• Add model button: add a new model with the selected objects in the selected category
• Add category button: add a new category in the selected category
• Thumbnail
  render: left click on the thumbnail to render (use the current scene
  renderer) only works with default scanline and Vray. Carefull with the
  renderer settings, this is a Experimental function.
• Thumbnail render settings
• Renderer filter settings
• Refresh was improved
• Display as box on/off button
• Corrected the bug when cancel the library path change
